I teach piano lessons from my home in the neighborhood of Timberlane Shores in Winter Park, adjacent to Blue Jacket Park and Lake Virginia. I offer one free trial lesson with no further obligation. 

Pricing - Weekly

Thirty minutes	$35/lesson
Sixty minutes	$60/lesson

Monthly lessons carry a discounted rate.

Pricing - Monthly

Thirty minutes	$120/month (= $30 × 4)
Sixty minutes	$200/month (= $50 × 4)

Below is some important information to read before you start taking piano lessons.

Trial lesson

Before you start taking piano lessons, I recommend that you come in for a trial lesson (free of charge). This will help both teacher and student determine if they are a good fit. If, after the trial, you decide to start lessons, I will recommend books and materials and we can schedule a weekly time. Livestream

Parents and guardians are encouraged to wait and observe their student's lessons. If this is not possible,  each lesson will be livestreamed on a private YouTube link only visible to the parent or guardian and sent in advance of the lesson time. 

Practicing

Practice is necessary for learning any skill you may need in life! In order to make the most out of your lessons, students will need to maintain a practice schedule. The function of the lesson is to receive feedback and introduce new concepts. Most improvement, however, takes place in individual practice time as the student slowly builds the physical and mental habits necessary for fluency at the piano. Younger and beginning students may only need about fifteen minutes of practice per day, but a regular schedule is more important than any fixed amount of time—you can't "cram" for a lesson! If circumstances (such as the lack of a piano or keyboard at home, too many other extracurricular activities, or other barriers) cannot allow for a student to commit to a regular practice schedule, piano lessons may not be the best option at the moment.

Cancellation Policy

For students taking lessons on a monthly basis, a cancelled lesson may be carried over into the next month if it is cancelled before 24 hours of the lesson time. Exceptions to this policy, such as illness or family emergency, will be considered on a case by case basis. Lessons paid for week to week do not have a cancellation policy.
